In preparation for the upcoming USAngling-sanctioned event conducted under the authority of CIPS / FIPS-Mouche and in coordination with applicable United States Forest Service land-use requirements, this letter serves as a formal cover letter to the enclosed legal and risk management documents.

Execution of these documents is mandatory and required to ensure compliance with international federation rules, host country regulations, land-management authority requirements, and USAngling’s insurance and risk-management obligations. These requirements are not administrative formalities. They are essential safeguard that protect athletes, federations, organizers land-management partners and long term integrity of international competition.
