Personal Data, Results Lists, and Use of Personal Photos
By registering and payment of participation fee the participants agree that their name will be published in start lists and results lists. These lists will be made available on the organizer’s digital platforms in searchable form, allowing results from previous years to remain accessible.
The published information may include athlete names, category and national team affiliations. Personal data is stored for the purpose of documenting and preserving historical competition records (e.g. results and participation data).
All personal data and competition results are processed and stored in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Use of Situational Photos, Video, and Live Cameras
Registration implies consent to the capture and use of situational photos and video recordings, including live camera footage, during and after the event.
Such material may be published on the official event website, stored in the organizer’s photo and video archives, and reused in various formats, including the organizer’s publications, promotional materials, and social media channels. This content may also be used in a commercial context.
All rights to situational photos and video recordings produced during the event belong to the organizer. These materials may also be used by media representatives and other third parties. In the case of resale or redistribution, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Use of GPS Tracking
The organizer will use GPS tracking equipment during boat fishing sessions.
By registering, participants consent to the use of GPS tracking devices to collect location data for the purpose of plotting and displaying boat movements on an interactive map, which may be made available to the public via subscription.
The GPS tracking device will monitor the individual boat from the start of the fishing session until its conclusion.
